Thank you Lily

It's been 8 weeks since I was trying to get back my refund and but no one answering or helping I went to the store as well but no help at all. I lose my hope to get back my money and promise myself that I will never ever order anything from newlook again. But then yesterday I talk to Lily and within 24 hours she solved the problem and I will get my refund back in 4/5 days workers like Lily saved so many customers who nearly gave up newlook team is very lucky to have workers like Lily who are so humble helpful ' caring looking after the customers

Rude senior staff member New Look Hounslow

I was very disappointed with the service that I received in New Look Hounslow. In particular the way in which who I believed to be the manager conducted herself and spoke to me as a customer. I bought a pair of trousers before trying on to realise after I paid that you now could try on. I then tried them on and they didn’t look how I thought they would on. I asked for a refund and she said ‘no sorry it’s a sale item’. ‘The person that served me never said that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund which If the case is normally stated before you pay. The lady was rude and said ‘it’s on the receipt’. So I said ‘but I wouldn’t see that until after I paid’. She just stood there quietly with no apology just rude looking down like I was bothering her. I ended up having to take a credit note. New Look need to be training their staff on the way they address customers. There’s no such thing as service with a smile at this branch! She was rude and unhelpful and I would appreciate New Look contacting me to identify this senior member of staff!

Had an order that needed to be refunded…

Had an order that needed to be refunded and spoke to Jess from customer support who quickly resolved the issue. Really friendly and efficient service!!

Problem Solved

I had a small issue regarding customs charges being charged by my local office which should not have been the case. I contacted New Look through their web-chat app and spoke with Jess. She was able to help me sort out the issue super quickly and came across as very kind. 5/5 across the board. Amazing Agent and Brilliant Company Policies when it comes to customer services in general

Excellent customer care

Had a query regarding checking the balance on my gift card. It seems the website wasn’t working properly as I thought my card must have expired. The live chat assistant was attentive, fast to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended for ease of use and customer care.

I was helped by Megan and this service was so easy and quick to use. I dread using online chats as it never seems to get the issue sorted. Megan helped me out straight away and my problem was sorted in less than 5 minutes with a great outcome. Thank you so much :)

Only one out of two items I returned…

Only one out of two items I returned was refunded, I contacted New Look customer services via the chat service, which is super simpler to use. I was connected with someone within minutes and my refund was sorted even quicker.

Had a product missing from my order but…

APPALLING

I was bought a gift by my daughter from NEW LOOK. The gift (a jacket) was unsuitable and along with all the original packaging and paperwork I returned it to NEW LOOK for a refund. Although NEW LOOK received my item over 6 weeks ago they are still refusing to give me my refund claiming they need further information. Has anyone ever returned an item and before receiving a refund had to provide everything except your shoe size to the retailer! I have now asked them numerous times to either give me the refund or send the jacket back to me and they are refusing to do either. DO NOT ORDER FROM NEW LOOK. The customer service is appalling and you may never see your money or the item again
